Review by hotel critic
Masons Arms is a delightful gem nestled in a picturesque village in North Yorkshire, making it an ideal base for those seeking both relaxation and culinary exploration. My recent stay here was a treat, particularly due to the stunning cozy vibes of the country pub below. Waking up to the aroma of a complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The to-go options ranged from fresh orange juice to tempting muffins—perfectly suited for my early morning adventures. It felt great to have that thoughtful touch in mind who might be heading out to explore the area. During my stay, I also indulged in a meal at the pub. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the comforting sound of a crackling fire. The menu featured a variety of hearty dishes, showcasing a commendable approach to modern cooking while maintaining traditional flavors. I particularly enjoyed the locally sourced ingredients, which elevated the meal, making it both satisfying and memorable. Masons Arms offers a combination of comfort and culinary delight, making it a noteworthy stop for anyone traveling through North Yorkshire. I would certainly recommend it to fellow travelers and food enthusiasts alike!
